Experience a compassionate-focused approach to self-discovery with my flexible sessions - weekly, fortnightly, or monthly 1:1 counselling, which can be delivered online or in-person in my therapy room, I would combine compassion-focused approach and mindfulness techniques, help you to explore how your early experience (e.g. childhood) have influenced your present life.

 

Helping you to access your unconscious mind, together we'll explore how your past shapes your present,  unlocking insights and personal growth, explore ways to empower your sense of self-worth and resilience for a more fulfilling life.
